Itinerary
Day 1
9:00 am: Departure from Iquitos, where we will pick you up from your hotel or the airport.
Visit the Bellavista Nanay Market, a vibrant local market where you can see a variety of fresh and artisanal products.
Navigate to the confluence of the Amazon and Nanay rivers, where you can appreciate the impressive meeting of the waters.
Continue navigating the majestic Amazon River, passing by riverside villages. Our expert guide will narrate the fascinating history of the Amazon and its inhabitants.
Lunch: Upon arriving at the lodge, enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with fresh local products, with vegetarian and vegan options available.
Expedition:
After lunch, we'll take our boat to search for pink and gray dolphins. You'll have the opportunity to swim in the refreshing waters of the Amazon.
Engage in piranha fishing using traditional materials, an exciting and traditional activity.
Observe the spectacular Amazonian sunset from the river, an unforgettable sight.
Return to the lodge: For dinner.
Dinner: Enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge.
Night excursion: Continue our adventure with an exciting night excursion, where we will observe scorpions, tarantulas, insects, snakes, and monkeys in their natural habitat.
Overnight: At the lodge, where you can rest and relax in the middle of the jungle.
Day 2
Early morning: Wake up early to begin our morning activity. Take a walk through the jungle to observe birds, monkeys, and other early-rising animals. Enjoy the sounds and tranquility of nature at dawn.
Breakfast: Back at the lodge, enjoy a healthy breakfast, including fresh fruit juice from the region.
Expedition:
Prepare to visit Monkey Island, a center dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of monkeys rescued from illegal animal trade. Here, we will observe and interact with different species of monkeys, such as the woolly monkey, titi monkey, tamarin, and marmoset.
Return to the lodge: For lunch.
Lunch: Prepared with fresh local products.
Botanical walk: Continue the expedition with a botanical walk, where our guide will show us a variety of medicinal plants, lianas, birds, and monkeys. There will also be the option to climb trees to enjoy a different perspective of the jungle.
Return to the lodge: For dinner.
Dinner: At the lodge.
Night excursion: Go on a night excursion in search of alligators and nocturnal birds, a fascinating and unique experience.
Overnight: At the lodge.
Day 3
We wake up very early for our morning canoe excursion in search of the Amazon sunrise, monkeys, birds of different species, and other animals that nature offers us."
Breakfast: With fresh fruit juice at the lodge.
Then we will prepare for a walk through the primary jungle in search of giant trees that are more than 400 years old. We will also observe monkeys, parrots, macaws, and sloths in their natural habitat."
Navigation: Continue our adventure navigating in search of animals in their natural habitat, enjoying the biodiversity of the Amazon.
Return to the lodge: For lunch.
Lunch: Typical of the region, prepared with local products.
Expedition:
Prepare to visit the El Garza Communal Reserve, a reserve protected by the community of Santa María de Fátima. We'll walk approximately 40 minutes to reach a 30-meter-high wooden observation tower. From here, we can observe a variety of birds, including the prehistoric hoatzin, as well as other animals like the hualo toad and white-bellied guan, and different species of alligators.

Day 4
Breakfast: At the lodge.
Exploration: Delve into the Yanayacu River, known as the river of mirrors, due to the clarity of its waters reflecting the lush surrounding vegetation.
Transfer: To a lake for camping.
Camp setup: We'll set up our tents and prepare the campsite.
Lunch: Aboard the excursion boat, enjoying a meal amidst nature.
Exploration: In a canoe on Yahua Cocha Lake, where we'll fish for different species and explore the surrounding area.
Camp exploration: Embark on an exciting night search for foxes, monkeys, anacondas, and mice, exploring the jungle around our campsite.
Overnight: In tents in the jungle, enjoying a night under the stars and the sounds of the jungle
Day 5
Exploration: In a canoe in search of parrots, sea lions, and toucans, monkeys and other animals enjoying the wildlife in its natural habitat.
Breakfast: At the campsite with fresh fruit juice.
Next, we will visit one of the oldest Amazonian ethnic groups, the Yahuas. There, we will learn about their culture, dialects, and dances, as well as how to use their hunting weapon called a blowgun.
Return to the lodge: For lunch.
Lunch: At the lodge, enjoying one last meal in the jungle.
Return to Iquitos: Navigate back to Nanay port, where we will transfer you to your hotel or the airport, concluding our incredible adventure in the Amazon.
