Day 1: Iquitos - Nauta - Buenos Aires
The adventure begins! We depart at 8:00 a.m. from the airport or hotel, embarking on an exciting 1-hour and 45-minute journey by road to Nauta, a town with a rich history that our expert guide will share with you.
Board a traditional boat at Nauta's port and set off on an epic 3-hour journey up the majestic Marañón and Ucayali Rivers. Along the way, you'll be amazed by sightings of herons, hawks, eagles, and breathtaking landscapes.
Arrive at Santo Domingo, the gateway to the untamed Pacaya Samiria Reserve, where we'll obtain the necessary permits to enter this natural sanctuary.
